Many fans have asked how to fade the shirt. The shirt can be faded by leaving the shirt in a solution of bleach diluted in water until the desired faded, brownish color is achieved. Once the color is achieved, the bleach solution should be neutralized by rinsing with water or immersing the shirt in a solution of water and baking soda.
Gloves: Max's gloves are weathered full-finger gloves (NOT fingerless gloves, or the gloves with the pre-made holes and velcro strap). The best option for replicating Max's gloves is to buy a pair of Rothco police search gloves at your local surplus store or online. They are formfit gloves. They can be purchased for about $15.
