Removing the Arch Padding

With your knife, cut all of the stitches on the front of the shoulder pads that hold the arch padding to the arch.

With your knife, cut all of the stitches on the back of the shoulder pads that hold the arch padding to the arch.

Pull the padding off of the arch. It should look like this.

At this point, your shoulder pads should look like this. You can put them aside or throw them away - you will not need them for anything anymore.
